Få kontakt til sælger eller køber

As soon an item has been sold the seller will receive a sale notification by email.


If you are the seller you have two opportunities to get in contact with the buyer of your item.

  1. Click "View & Print Invoice" in the email you have received and you'll get the information of your buyer like adress, city, country and phone.
  2. Click "Message Board" in the email you have received and you can write with your buyer.

You can also get in contact with your buyer from your Member Account.

  1. Log in to your Member Account.
  2. Click "Selling"
  3. Click "My Sales"
  4. Click "View & Print Invoice" or "Message Board" to get same information as above.


As a buyer you can get in contact with the seller from your Member Account.

  1. Log in to your Member Account.
  2. Click "Purchases"
  3. Click "View & Print Invoice" and you'll get the information of your seller like adress, city, country and phone.
  4. Click "Message Board" and you can write with your seller.


When the sale and payment has been done you are welcome to leave some feedback.

  1. Log in to your Member Account.
  2. Click "Feedback".
  3. Click "Leave Feedback".
  4. Click "Pending Feedback".
  5. You will now have an overview of all the trades you have been involved in either as seller or buyer.
  6. Mark the trade you want to leave feedback for and click "Leave Feedback" below the trades.
